WoW. if it isn't well, if it isn't obvious that the 1 good rating, saying everything and everybody was excellent at heritage harbour……..was probably a plant by administrative staff. I guarantee none of the employees at heritage harbour, would place their relatives there. The employees are often heard yelling, laughing, and joking with each other very loudly. Many of the employees are very unprofessional. I see gum popping, eys rolling employees, who treat patients like they are pieces of furniture. Don't get fooleD that it's in the lovely heritage harbor community. SOLID D+ rating
