That's a joke because there's never been any supervising done sitting behind the desk filling out paperwork all day, chatting, playing around with other employees, never looking up. The LPN's and assistants do not give a darn about the residents or their emotional or physical needs. ThroughouT, I see a practice of allowing residence to use the bathroom in their pants instead of toileting them. A lot of residents Are completely NOT incontinent.
They are Teaching Them To use adult protection insTead of using Toilet for Their convenience. Very sad place. The are many language barriers as well. I experienced very unprofessional staff behavior & rampant neglect. The work staff There is not diverse at all. Very, Very few asian, hispanic,or caucasian workers. If you have a famIly member or loved ones here please see them very often, as they will need your advocacy. NEVER AGAIN. previous raters were correct when they said this place needs the state contacted on them. I literally saw patients being made fun of, degraded, and 1 dining hall attendant took a resident back because she uttered something smart therefore she did not have dinner.
