I am ashamed to say my mother has been in this facility for about 6 weeks. We knew the first day this place was awful. We have complained about everything from lack of care, nasty employees, unsanitary

conditions, improper medication and that was all in the first 36 hours of being there. Who wants to share bedpans with your roommate or have an aid with zero care or training put you in a dirty bedpan and not clean you after using it. Try to give you meds you were not prescribed or give you the wrong dose. Forget the call bell. What a joke. If they even answer it they leave the room to never return and leave you in a dirty diaper and soiled sheets for hours. I have the photos to prove it! This is a disgrace but it seems to me that they are all like this. While the administrator has tried to improve our situation, when you hire people who really just don't care about the patients, you are never going to earn or live up to the so calle 5 star rating. These are human beings you are caring for. You better start holding people responsible for their actions because one day, that might be you in one of those beds, sitting in a diaper full of feces!

I have yet to find a single good review of this facility. Now I am here to back everyone of these reviews. This place is a JOKE. Seriously. They are extremely disorganized. I can imagine how they get away with the care that is given at this facility. They consistently forgot to bring my mothers medication, they would ask if she needed anything and when she said yes, they just never returned. They were suppose to ice her leg, they FORGOT, they were supposed to elevate her leg, "nobody told us to do that", she was told to meet her nurse on the first floor in 15 minutes. We wheeled her down, 45 minutes later we had to go looking for the nurse! I was in the room one time when a nurse came in to give her medication. 10 minutes later a different nurse came in and asked her if she wanted her medication! DO NOT SEND YOU LOVED ONES HERE or you will be the next one commenting how bad they are.

don't let the appearance of this place fool you! Send your loved one somewhere else. The facility is poorly managed. nursiing is absolutely terrible. I can't imagine how the nurses got their degree. Most of them show little care for their patients. They have know clue what to do if presented with a problem. Meds are seldom on time. My grandmother was there and her entire family was happy when she left. I cannot say one good thing about this place. Look elsewhere if you want good care, I spoke with some patients there and not one was satisfied with their care.

This place is horrible the don is completely rude she is dressed for a board room not a healthcare position and acts like it. I watched her bully her staff in the halls she could care less about them. Standing at the station u can see where they cancel staff leaving the staff they have on with almost twenty patients at times. They promised never more then ten. They could care less about ur family member administration must get bonuses for cutting staff hours. This place is for profit. They make it known want a snack sorrry got to buy it from a vending machine for my mom or give her graham crackers want something at midnight sorry kitchen is closed if u call. The aides and nurse were doing their best with what the administration gave them. I dont know about other manor cares but its easy to see why people say avoid voorhees. It used to be nice last time mom was there but new administration has cut everything to lower their budget and line their bonus. I asked about staff members we loved last time and got a sad smile quit or fired they didnt like what its turning into. Go to kennedy or virtua or new power that looks at least how manor care used to be avoid this money hungry building

My Mom just finished her one and a half stay there. The staff is really great and very accessible. The Administrator ( forgot his name) was so nice and his door is always open. The Social Services Director Jessie is also great!! The food was ok and the building was clean but not the fanciest. I highly recommend this facility. They aren't a chain company which makes them unique.

My mother was in here for rehab after knee replacement. She only stayed 2 days out of the insurance approved 7. The place was dirty, my mother called them to use the rest room and it took them an hour to show up, not once but twice this happened (she was not approved to go on her own, even though she had a walker). When I walked down to get her a drink there was a women in a wheel chair with no pants (or underware) on and asked me to help her, I asked the aid and she said "we will get to her" what was she doing in the hall way with no pants on. No one that came in or out of my mother room ever washed there hands. And the final straw was the to told her to have me take home all her stuff or someone would steal it! Can you imagine an employee saying this!

Not good at all. Residents don't have Good transportation to any place nor a choice to where they would like to go. Residents have many complains bout the food and the boring activities. The rehab department is pretty good, but there is no carry over when pt is sent home. Eemployees Also have plenty of complaints espaicaly with health care coverage. In other words horrible for employees and residents.

my mother was admitted into lakewood of vorhees under the new ownership and she was so happy she is 94 and the amazing therapy department tought her how to walk again the new owners re built the entire home best home in jersey and my mother was in 6 before so i know !!!!!!!

The staff is very nice and seem to take pride in their job. Every time I go to visit the have some activity going on. The place is a decent but not fancy nursing home

my mother is currently in there..and it seems the new owner is cleaning the place up.they've brought in a chef for the kitchen and the food has already turned around 100% for the better.have had no problems with the new staff and the therapy people have already been a big improvement over the former ones.the previous comment sounds like a former disgruntled employee who wasnt happy about the new ownership cleaning out the old crew.its my opinion that all these centers are not 4 star hotels and there is always issues with food and staffing but at least it seems the new owner has taken a step in the right direction.

The company that owned this place has sold and they got rid of many of the best employees. They lowered pay and cut hours for the people they kept. If they don't care about their employees, how can they possibly care about their patients? This place is now run by a completely heartless company that cares only about profit. Good luck getting even satisfactory care from this place unless you think miserable employees make happy residents.

When bed-ridden patients aren't turned on a regular basis, they develop bedsores, something Kresson View never quite figured out. If you care for your loved one, go elsewhere!
