The company that owned this place has sold and they got rid of many of the best employees. They lowered pay and cut hours for the people they kept. If they don't care about their employees, how can they possibly care about their patients? This place is now run by a completely heartless company that cares only about profit. Good luck getting even satisfactory care from this place unless you think miserable employees make happy residents.

yes i agree, i worked there for 2 years. the end of my 2 years was the turn around with the new owners coming in and it was terrible all the good employees that put in 30 years there left and they wanted to get rid of the union its just a big mess. look at all the deficiencies this place got, thats the only reason they sold it they pretty much had to or they would have got shut down
