Newport News Rehab Center was a horrible experience for my entire family. This was the worst experience of our lives and I would HIGHLY suggest that absolutely NO ONE should place their loved ones here. The staff is rude and unprofessional, they do not keep up with patient medication schedules, and they do NOT monitor their patients on a regular basis. NEVER place a loved one in the care of these people or your loved one will suffer terribly.
