although the facility is clean, the nurses are, at best, unkind, at worse, cruel. i never thought i would be forced to deal with such uncaring and unprofessional nurses. they were spiteful, belligerent, confrontational, and unkind. we had to twice throw one nurse out of my Mom's room because she was so cruel to us, the second time was after my Mother died. the first night my mom was put in nn rehab and convelescent center, she ended up back at the hospital with a bruised chest and unable to lay on one side. the emergency techs were told her heart stopped and the nurses did cpr. the doctors at the emergency room expressed serious doubt, as she had no heart problem. after that, we hired sitters to sit with my mom overnight the entire rest of the time she was at nn rehab and nursing, to monitor and protect her from the staff. if you hate a family member, by all means, put them in nn rehab and convalescent center. but keep your loved ones away from this place.
