I would never ever admit someone I love into that facility. The nursing care is pathetic and if you truly need help plan on waiting until they stop eating or talking at the desk or in the break room.
The PT care is horrible, they do not encourage the patients when they make small improvements but rather remind you and the patient that they still aren't fully functioning. There are other facilities so please check them out first. You don't want to go to the Newport News Nursing & Rehab center.
