One thing to keep in mind with any facility where you have an ailing loved one is it is a partnership between you and the staff. No facility is perfect and it is not their total responsibility. It is the duty of the family to continue to be there as often as possible to make certain things are going well. Yes, I encountered some issues, but I stayed on top of everything and minimized any negative impacts to my family member.
The staff truly did their best and I will forever be grateful to them for helping me through such a difficult time of losing my mother. May God Bless them always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
