The staff at the Courtyard of Pasadena is very poor with communicating to the family on issues such as discharge. They will let you know things at the last minute to prepare, your benefits are running out, and that they are going to take care of the details for the family but they don't by saying," it is not their responsiblity". The key is too communicate with all parties like doctors, dialysis center, social workers, home health, and so forth and follow up.The rehabilitaion therapy team are very good at what they do. The kitchen does not follow Dialysis patient(s) diet and they lack help with changing bedding,showers, and help in general. It is not a bad place for short term recovery.
