Knowledgeable staff; caring staff. It feels good - smells good. Uncompromising ethics - which may explain some of the negative comments? which I find hard to accept. Choosing the right place is very stressful. You can't pick a rehab facility based on a government rating. You need to tour and decide for yourself.
