We just started looking for a place for my Mom. We found the people at Heritage Oaks to be very friendly and knowledgeable. We spoke to a number of current residents and heard over and over how loving and kind the staff is.
I wish the facility were a little nicer but they more than make up for that with what appears to be a very engaged and supportive staff.
