We witnessed staff (even worse on the weekends) just using personal cell phones at the work desks while call lights were on (patients calling for help) and even a female patient in the hallway with no shirt yelling for help while the staff just ignored what was happening. Even after speaking with managers, we repeatedly found the same problems. Also, as has been mentioned before, be SURE to read the last couple of medicare ratings for this facility and see how poor for yourself.
Fortunately people have decided to fight back.
