it is an unsafe place for residents as the current administrator has multiple charges of sexual harassment against him and is firing anyone who goes over his head and tries to report his conduct, making a hostile environment for employees which is causing problems in resident care.

This place is a complete joke. They had 2 aids for the entire building on Sunday afternoon. There are probably 2 staff members who actually care about the residents and the others seem like you're bothering them if you need anything. It's hard to understand a lot of the staff they have strong accents. And the ones that you can understand are very snippy. They refused to give me corporates number to call. There was no option to leave zero stars or I would've.

this is the worst nursing home ever my husband has been there for 3 months after a stroke hes tach is not being taken care of he has called to be suctioned no one comes he sets for hours with a dirty diaper he has lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks beacause speech and dierty cant get together he has fallen out his wheelchair trying to get a cord that was wrapped around his foot

In all fairness there about 2 or 3 aids that truly care about the residents. Overall have seen a terminal patient fall out of wheel chair and before anyone helped him up they were saying things in their native language and pointing and laughing as resident was on the floor begging for help. I would tell ppl to run from here. We got a new social worker and all he has acomplished is being a very good chair warmer. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL DIE HERE

I hope I am selecting 1 star, I would put 0 if I could. This place is horrible and the nurses argue in front of the family about whom has to do what gross task. They ate not capable of taking care of 18 people at a time, I don't think they could take care of 2.

The therapy is top notch and the people are friendly. It's a small place which makes it feel less like a hospital.

My mother was at this facility two times. She told me that the staff was always attentive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, she said it was a good experience and would go back if she needed to.

I just removed my grandmother from this facility. She was abused on 2 separate occassions by an aid working in the facility. The facility also did not pay my grandmother ther $40 per month that was due to her as she was in long term care and the home was recieving her Social Security benefits. This home owes my grandmother money and refuses to provide me with medical reports/records regarding the abuse incidents that occured at their facility (as her granddaughter I have Medical POA and provided it to them). PLEASE don't walk, RUN from this facility if you wish to make sure your loved one is safe. A law suite is pending regarding my case, and I have file a complaint with the ODH.

This is the worst place in the world. They dope you up at night so you do not know what is going on. The changed my bandage once in 4 days, suppose to be twice a day. They yell and cuss at you. Steal your flowers and balloons. The place is filthy I would not let my dog stay at this place. ALL of the employees are very rude. They are only open because medicare and medicaid pay the bills for patients. They have no people skills what so ever and are only there for a pay check. Its very very sad. I hope this place closes down today.

Run, don't walk away from this place. Moved my non-ambulatory Aunt here for about a month from another place….she ended up in the hospital for 5 days with an infected hand from "a bug bite." Requested a doctor's call for several days before she went to hoospital via ambulance. No one said he was on vacation that week. Needless to say, she did not go back there.
