I just removed my grandmother from this facility. She was abused on 2 separate occassions by an aid working in the facility. The facility also did not pay my grandmother ther $40 per month that was due to her as she was in long term care and the home was recieving her Social Security benefits. This home owes my grandmother money and refuses to provide me with medical reports/records regarding the abuse incidents that occured at their facility (as her granddaughter I have Medical POA and provided it to them). PLEASE don't walk, RUN from this facility if you wish to make sure your loved one is safe. A law suite is pending regarding my case, and I have file a complaint with the ODH.
