At this time it has to do with the customer service aspect of the center. It's terrible. You don't know when you leave a message if in fact the front desk is taking the info down. It's like pulling teeth to get my conservatee's case manager to talk to me especially when it's time for renewal.
I'm going to have to make some time and see if I can find another place for my conservatee's.
I know the case manager has to be on overload and hopefully she has help with the number of patients there.
