At this time it has to do with the customer service aspect of the center. It's terrible. You don't know when you leave a message if in fact the front desk is taking the info down. It's like pulling teeth to get my conservatee's case manager… Full Review

windsor palms is a place where you take your loved one to get beaten and abused. my mom has gotten abused physcically and mentally there many times. all the times i have reported it to sandy the "case worker", many times but she doesnt care… Full Review
