My family member lived at The Terrace at St Francis for almost 4 years on the 2nd floor. This floor is for people with Alzheimers or Dementia. The people have many physical and cognitive problems. The staff there were wonderful. They showed much care and compassion to all the patients. They really try to make it feel like home and treat everyone like family. I never felt bad or guilty leaving my loved one when I left from a visit. I always knew she was in good hands and they could take better care of her than me. The only thing I didn't like was if outside staff was working due to one of the girls taking a day off. Very patient, fun loving staff on the 2nd floor! Never saw the third floor. I would recommend them for anyone who needs to find care for their loved one with Dementia. 5 stars for sure!
