Review of Wheaton Franciscan Health Care - Terrace at St Francis

My mother was in rehab at the Terrace at St. Francis. I was horrified when an aide couldn't get hot water while giving her a shower and rinsed her off with COLD water. My mother asked her not to, the aide did it anyway. Another aide left my mother on the toilet with an empty oxygen tank. I went to the nurses station twice, asking for oxygen. Unacceptable. I wrote letters to the head of nursing for the 3rd flr as well as head of nursing for the facility. NO RESPONSE. No stars for this facility.
