My family member lived at The Terrace at St Francis for almost 4 years on the 2nd floor. This floor is for people with Alzheimers or Dementia. The people have many physical and cognitive problems. The staff there were wonderful. They… Full Review

My mother was in rehab at the Terrace at St. Francis. I was horrified when an aide couldn't get hot water while giving her a shower and rinsed her off with COLD water. My mother asked her not to, the aide did it anyway. Another aide left… Full Review
