I had a love one there notice I used the word had. The nurses had no knowledge at all in their profession or was that because they did not care enough to make sure the patients were taken care of. You ask for a lab to be drawn and the nurse supervisor forgets only to remind them when its too late. I do not blame the cna's as they were very overwhelmed and never had enough staff to care for the patients like they were suppose to be cared for, so who do you place the blame on? The DON or Administrator who simple turned the other way? One day they too will be in the same situation and only then will they know how it feels to lay soaked depends or waiting for over an hour to someone to answer your call light, no one helps you eat when your unable to feed or drink for yourself… How painful and sad it is. If I could rate a zero I would.
