Poorly run and very under-staffed. Insensitive. Terrible, terrible food. When my father died here after spending the last year of his life here, they rushed to make room for another paying patient and put all his stuff in the corridor before we could even sort through it or grieve. Residents fill the hallways like lost zombies, drifting in wheelchairs. You can turn on your call light all you want, not much will happen. But if you want to sleep, you will be awakened several times a night for no ostensible reason (emptying trash, for example).
