No matter what your told this is not a rehab facility. We were told that they had the resources to rehabilitate our wife and mother. They do not put together a individualized care plan. The staff and care is disorganized at best. They failed to make any real attempt to wean her from the ventilator. We had to make the decision to have her placed in a different facility.
