The facility in the Tower is the best I have seen. But the nursing care is lousy. I kept begging the nurses to get my mother on antibiotics for a UTI but they drug their feet until she went into Septic Shock and is now in ICU. I thought the PT, OT were fairly good. The intensive rehab at Utah Valley was incredible but they only allow very short, l.5 week, stays. I would never put a loved one back in Provo Rehab again because my mother would have died there had she not had an advocate watching over her. We had to threaten to call 911 ourselves to get them into action.
