Pleasant Springs Healthcare Center Mount Pleasant, Texas 75455
My husband had stroke in '98 then a year later fell and broke his hip. He was in Pleasant Spring for rehab to help him learn to walk again. The staff, from the director, nusing, aides, housekeeping, food service and activity director were the nicest most caring people we have met,and believe me we have spent 2 years in and out of hospital.
we still think of them with fond memories. if he ever neede in house care, we would definitely go back.

Great facility. The employees really seem to care.
Focused Care at Mount Pleasant Mount Pleasant, Texas 75455
This nursing home treats their nurses like garbage. They are over worked and do not have the bandwidth to take care of their patients. They are expected to do absolutely everything (one nurse to an entire hall). Even though they provide excellent care, this needs to be addressed for the patients themselves and the nurses. I have been in here several times and seen this for myself. Corporation needs to address this further. I do not recommend this nursing home.
