What exactly did the employees do that caused you to write a 'blanket review'? Did they do something specific that caused you to just say it was 'great'? Did you like the food, menu, service, amenities, room up-keep, public spaces, or laundry service, by chance? Did they make exceptions for you to choose the times you eat, the choice of entree, and provide second helpings if you wanted it?
How long did it take for you to get a response when you sent a signal for help? Did you ever have an accident in the facility, and how was it handled? Did you have a private room or a shared room, and how did you choose a roommate?
If you could change something about this facility, what would it be?
