It's one of those places that looks good from the outside but once you know how things work there is cause for concern. Very disappointed in the management of this facility. They only care about money, not people. Some of the aides we have come to know seem to be good and caring but they are terribly overworked. We are moving my mom as soon as we can.

To those with issues such as overmedication, report this place to the State Ombudsman. That is what we have done.
