My mother was recently a resident for two weeks. I was surprised that the center considered itself a five star. My mother did not get good care. Fell twice becuase she was not checked on, was not eating or drinking adequately and they did not have the proper equipment in her room for her to get out of her bed safely. I ended up taking her out of this place and immediately ended up at the hospital with her. She is being treated for improper nutrition and things that were not attended to at this facility. There are a few good people there (like the social worker, chef, and speech therapist) but not many. Ignore the red call buttons constantly too. Also will not answer the phone at the nurses station when you call.
