My Dad stayed at 3 nursing homes during his illness. This was the WORST. The best was Brookhaven in Carrollton. MY Dad was on total care and got bed sores at this facility. It go so bad I was going to call the Police. I called in the nurses and their response was terribly slow. It took them 30 mins to come look in his mouth and see that it had not been clean in Days (Should happen hourly) THey don't document their failures. It's HORRIBLE. My Dad died right after being moved out and I attribute it to this company. It's horrible. Understaffed. There was a director that was fired when my Dad moved in… and his replacement was gone 6 months later. Very understaffed. Unprofessional. I have to live with having lost my Father because of this place… for the rest of my life.
