We have had our mother at the Courtyards for two years. As for overall rating they are about average, around a two and a half stars rating. We are there every day so we have a really good understanding as to the good and bad. They have a tremendous turn over regarding their nursing and support staff. The really good ones leave after a rather short period. They all have the same complaints, under staffed and over worked. We agree with them 100% based on our first hand experiences The Administrator is almost impossible to contact even to the staff. The rehabilitation group is a separate company and they are outstanding. Extremely dedicated. Sanitation is questionable. The patients appear to be well taken care of but they do have a rather serious ant infestation in most of the rooms. The food quality is pretty good but the cafeteria does not monitor the patients required food requirements as well as they should. We can recommend them but strongly advise you to check on your loved ones often.
