This place has the worst patient service and care I have ever witnessed. The staff is grossly apathetic. My mother was there for 5 days of IV antibiotics and when they discharged her. . .they left the open IV in her arm and sent her home. I called there several times beginning on the Monday that she was released to inform them of their error. Today is Wednesday and the IV is still in her arm at risk of infecting her all over again. If the patient needs any assistance with daily hygeine or turning in their bed or getting into a wheel chair. . .Don't send them to this facility because the staff will let them rot in the bed!!!!! MY rating is ZERO for them.
