The facility and administrative staff are very nice…service is bad. Nurses do not respond to the call button in a timely manner if at all. When you're not supposed to get up to go to the restroom by yourself but the nurses don't respond to the call button, what happens? Either you go in your bed or get up and go by yourself. Food ordered is not always what you get. When on a restricted diet and you get the wrong food, unless a family member is there to go down to the kitchen to get something else, what are you going to eat? Nice facility doesn't always matter…..service does.

I agree, the nursing care is bad. Residents who can't help themselves are left alone in time of their needs. I have seen several times resident falling, who tried to help themselves. You can hear residents calling for help and no body comes. Foods or meals are served late and unhealthy, either too greasy or too salty and because they are served late, the foods are cold. No wonder why some of the residents got stomach virus. And some times the residents don't get the food they ordered. The building is so impressive but it's not what's important to the old and helpless, what is important is they get the care they need for so much money they pay. With regards to administrative staff, most of them are friendly except for the administrator who is so arrogant and unfriendly.
