I wish I had known how to use this review before I placed my loved one in Heritage Oaks. There is constant turnover of management staff which disrupts continuity of care. The lines of accountability are impossible to follow. No one is responsible in a meaningful way for the nurse aids. Staff relations with patients and family are often arrogant or hostile. I tried to make a positive contribution by documenting problems and bringing them to administration (when I could find anyone in the building). This facility seems to be a "dumping" ground for employees with personal problems they bring into the work place.starting from the top. I am moving my loved one ASAP. Nutritional services is neither on time or accurate in what they say they provide for patients. Cleanliness standards and prevention of spreading infections are not acceptable and roaches are abundant. My loved one has been injured since being there and we have found feces on her and on her bed more than once.
