I really didn't like the services that was provided at Heritage Oaks.The nursing staff was very horrible my mom was always in bed they never took the time to get her up.She kept bed sores items was always coming up missing out of her room.The whole staffing there is horrible we did not have a good experience with Heritage Oaks at all.
