If I could give this place NO stars I would. I would not use it for a aging DOG let along a human being. My mom is in the Rehab dept. Us as her family have been LIED to over and over again. We just had a meeting with these people (not my real choice of word) for 6 hours one day and 3 hours the next. Each question we ask them the answer was "I don't know" or "We can't answer for that person". Well than bring that person in and let them answer for themselves (couldn't do). Just so happen THAT person was not in the building or their biggest answer "vacation". As many people that were on vacation, there should have been no one left to staff the place. We had people walk out of our meeting, mad because we asked why questions. The building administrator left to go home in the middle of our meeting. My mom went there for a "couple of weeks" of rehab after surgery and is weaker now than when she entered this place. They lie to CYA, documented that my mom refused to do something when she was in the meeting with us for 6 hrs. Just horrible, horrible, horrible. DON'T TAKE ANY LOVED ONE THERE. I am hoping the word gets around, so that this place shuts its doors. I can't even call it a nursing/rehab facility.
