My Mother was in this dreadful facility for two days…I tried to get her transferred immediately…she had eight broken ribs and two broken feet…when I arrived at the facility they pointed to a wheel chair and told me to …"use that one", then I had to assist my mom on finding her room and then when they gave her a more permanent wheel chair for her stay she had no foot rest…(with two broken feet)…there was much more to mention but things never got fixed once I asked for help they just kept saying…"we can't promise anything"…I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone…even if I disliked them…it was horrific, and stunk as well.
