I have a concern with Colonial Manor. I have a brother-in-law at the home and he is not mobile on his own. He has fallen out of bed four times that I know of and I believe 1 time I am not positive of. The sides of the bed have a system that I can not see how it keeps anyone from falling out. There are no actual sides on the bed. There is some kind of soft sides that is strapped to the bed. I appreciate that Colonial Manor is trying to care for my brother-in-law. But him falling out of bed 5 times seems to me to be ridiculess. Someone needs to explain to me why this can happen so often in a couple of weeks. Right now I would be hard pressed to give Colonial Manor even a two for safety of the patient or guest. What policy would not allow beds with side bars like the hospital beds. If there is such a policy it should be changed. Could this be construed as some kind of abuse? or at least neglect. My rating right now is 2 over all. For safety 1 is hard pressed
