the place is dirty the staff does not know how to tell the truth they are always lieing the food is not good ,they make my grandpa room with guys that all they do is scream so sleeping is a joke there ,they never take him outside or even walks my grandpa was never a person to stay in one place always moving now all he aloud to do is sit in his chair losing all hi muscles in his legs

You are so right. My father is in there. He has been mistreated and received a couple of injuries. We even have a witness to the bigger injury. He's losing weight, he has been injured, and just today, even though he had his clothes on, they neglected to put any depends on him. He had no underclothes on. The service is deplorable and most of the staff doesn't care.
