when we came out for a meeting the staff was in a hurry to get us out of there when we had alot more questions. we're not informed of everything like we should be. the rooms aren't clean enough as i myself had to clean in the room. my brother-in-law wasn't taken care of like he should have been and the food isn't very good either. when needed to go tot he bathroom it takes them to long to get him in there. also we want to know why he has to be here this long when he could have physical therapy down by his own home. we have had to spend a great amount of money for gas and also my brother-in-law was always hungry so we'f bring him in food. i myself wouldn't recommend this to anyone to be here. we weren't told either that he could come home on a weekend or be taken somewhere forawhile. the phone lines are horrible out here as the phones are all on one line. this facility needs to get upgraded better for the cost of being here.
