I read the other reviews on here and I am not sure what experience they had. My mom was treated very well. She was cared for very well and I always recevied an answer to any question I had. The nurses were very nice, in particular, Cheri. She was always available to answer my questions. The Nurse Aides were very good to my mom and treated her with the dignity and respect that she deserves. The food was okay. It was hit or miss with what was on the menu. I also spoke with the Administrator (I forget her name) but she is a delightful person who answered my questions with ease. Upon her admission, I was explained, in detail, about the facility. I do not remember the gentleman's name, Craig or Chris, but he was very pleasant and treated me wonderfully. When mom was discharged, everyone was so friendly and the staff even gave her and me hugs before we left. I woud reccomend this facility to anyone.
