Memory Care Unit - Patients are parked and forgotten. The people that have to be here are not properly cared for. Much of the staffing will play games with anyone that asks for anything. Example, water, coffee, taking someone to toilet. If you are pegged as someone who "needs a lot" the staff will make sure you wait a very long time for anything. There 3 employees that are very childish and I worry about my loved one who can't express what happens when I'm not there. This situation is very stressful and I get no comfort feeling that my relative is going to be taken care of.

Please do not send your loved one to Grande Village. At one time, it was known for quality care in the Twinsburg area. However, shoddy management and frequent turnover in the highest positions (administration and nursing managers) has led to poor conditions for the residents. Most of the remaining staff are quite capable and try their best to help, but the facility will not staff adequately and this has spread the staff very thin. As a result, the residents are not being taken care of in the way they deserve. Look for a place that put its residents above its profit.
