i have to say the nurses on the floor as well as the aids in this facility are great. they have taken great care of my family. My only complaint with the facility is the nursing director and the administater. Before we transfered to the facility they were very welcoming and were made avaible to my familys needs. I was told if i ever had any questions or conceerns they would be there to assist me. Since my family member has been there i have not been able to contact any due to the fact they are out of the facility, busy, and justnot willing to return my calls. I have to say if it wasnt for one nurse in perticular "although i havnt seen her in a month or better" i would remove my family member. If you are looking for a caring floor staff this is the place, but just take into consideration that if you have an issue you may not be able to get your questions answered due to the managment.

My mother has been at Pine Ridge for about 8 months now. I chose it initially because it is the closest facility to my home. I have found it to be a clean well run facility with a truly caring staff. My mother has Alzheimers and the staff is so patient. There are newer "prettier" places, but what they lack in facilities is more than made up by the individual attention they give to her. I could not be happier
