This facility has earned NO star. No only do they NOT have adequate care for those that reside there with dementia, but it is costly. I was told in a plan of care meeting by staff member Tara Connell 10/18/12 that Mom would have to pay an additional cost to have iced tea available to her during the course of the day, since she does not like water - Keep in mind that the ice tea is readily available in the dietary department; therefore, nothing special has to be purchased. Mom already pays over $6,000.00 per month to reside there.
During visits, my family and I take drinks to Mom. She drinks and drinks - very thirsty lady. Also, she was rushed to the hospital while for dehydration while in the care of the Legends staff. Think twice before you place your loved one in this facility - especially if they have dementia.
