My father was there for 11 days until his death. It was a nightmare. Not all nurses were training in pallitive care, and my father suffered more than he should have.

Nursing care to geriatric patients is far below the standard of care. Did not listen to the patient or family regarding patient's needs. Received no improvement/change after speaking with DON and the adminstrator. If you do not know what should be done for your loved one do NOT send them here!

Nursing staff is under trained and most have no compassion! The good ones are over worked trying to compensate for the others. Therapy department is wonderful.

Tremendous service. Therapy wonderful. Food Awesome. Nursing Staff led by an outstanding Head Nurse Lori. All of the staff were attentive my fathers needs and the families need to know what to expect. Thanks to a wonderful group of care givers.

The staff is totally incompetent to treat cardio-rehabilitation patients. They should NOT be licensed to accept cardiac patients.

Food is substandard. Canned, frozen, unoriginal. Staff tries hard but coroporation is so profit conscious that residents needs are barely met. It's too bad. I wouldn't put a dog in a Provider Services facility.
