I give Heartland 2 out of 5 ONLY because of the caring staff. This includes everyone who took care of my mother, except the Wound Team. This team consisted of 3 incompetent women who continually prodded, probed, and took pictures, but then… Full Review

Obviously a for profit organization. 2 aids for 18 people? My mother has been there for two weeks and day after day she gets left on the toilet for 20/25 minutes. If one of the aids call in sick one aid gets to care for 18 people. Must be… Full Review
