Patients Rooms and even the Restrooms were not very clean. Most of the Staff was not very friendly. Medications were not given in a timely manner. Had a complaint and went to the ADON and was told rather bluntly that my request would not be carried out. Most of the CNA's didn't keep a check on patients.
