Review of Universal Health Care Lillington

This home is ALWAYS short staffed w/ CNA's caring for 18 or more residents which results in neglect of care…. especially diaper changes. While this "home" has some very caring help that does their job as best they can, it has more that don't. These "workers" prefer socializing, talking on cell phones etc. to actually doing the care they are hired & payed to do. The administration does know this but in an effort to keep staff, they turn a blind eye. (this home has an extremely high turn over of help) If you care about your family member, you do not want them in this facility. Their life span is considerably less than it would be in a more caring, patient orientated place instead of this one that only cares about the almighty $$$.
