My grandmother, 82 years old, was a rehab patient at this facility 3 different times. Rehab department was okay but the nursing staff was horrible! She rang her call bell to use the bedpan and had to wait 20 minutes for staff to assist her…

Not enough people to give care that is needed. Food is not good. My Aunt refused to eat it. She was made to get up at 5:00 in the morning. She is still there. I have to bring her food.…

I would like to see the Administrator ,executive Director ,develop a Moore enjoyable facility environment.
Secondly the Director of nursing should be available to all residents during various shifts.
And the facility should do a better job…
