Sorry to say that this facility is not up to what the rating system states it is. Very nicely decorated and comfortable; however, appears to be understaffed more days than not. Staff do not check on residents as often as they are mandated to. Simple family requests are not handled in a timely fashion. I withdrew my mother within the first month at this facility. Medical care here is severely lacking!!
