Nice facility. The physical therapy and physical therapists are great! However, that's the extent of the greatness. NO skilled nursing occurs. The nurses seem annoyed if you send the CNA to get them or to bring something to their attention… Full Review

Sorry to say that this facility is not up to what the rating system states it is. Very nicely decorated and comfortable; however, appears to be understaffed more days than not. Staff do not check on residents as often as they are mandated… Full Review

After seeing my grandmother here, I cried. She had same clothes on when she came in. Dopey. Facility was outdated. Some patients smelled from not being changed. Light had been out all day in my grandmas shared bathroom. She had bare room.… Full Review
