I would not give this rehab/nursing home one star. My father was admitted for rehab from the hospital, to help get his strength back and be able to walk. He was 84 years old and granted he had congestive heart failure, but he was admitted… Full Review

"My grandfather entered this nursing home for rehab after he broke his hip. The therapy staff worked wonders for him and he was out of that place in no time! The nurses were fantastic; very patient and kind. I would highly recommend this place… Full Review

My mother entered Cornerstone in Feb. 2012 from another nursing home. She receives therapy , is taken to the activity room , enjoys the food, activities, and likes the cares she receives. The staff is very encouraging and friendly to her… Full Review

Dunn location has very high staff turnover rates as far as entry level. This location seems to always be running an ad for the same positions (Nursing, Activities, etc.) in the local newspaper which is very discouraging. The people that are… Full Review
